I’ve been in the creative business for over 12 years and have learned that creating an end product that exceeds client expectations visually isn’t where it ends – there needs to be a keen awareness of business-level goals as well. Making something pretty is the easy part. Having something connect with consumers and actually generate “X” (sales, awareness, leads, etc) is where I excel.

Most recently, at Syndero, I was responsible for the day-to-day management of a 13-person creative team… handling the copy, branding, collateral, video editing, banner advertising, online DM, packaging, and miscellaneous creative needs of one of the fastest growing companies in the industry. I take pride in my ability to assess and build great teams as well as my ability to still feel comfortable getting my hands “dirty” on projects whenever needed. Recent highlights include:

Developed and launched a 6 SKU haircare product line that has been featured in US Weekly, Vogue, InStyle, 944, GenLuxe, and OK!
Developed and launched a 7 SKU skincare product line that has been featured in WWD, GenLuxe, 944, InStyle, Life&Style, and was used on the set of LOST
Responsible for all creative execution (except television) for Syndero’s new, soon-to-launch 4 SKU skincare line in partnership with the city of Beverly Hills
Responsible for the creative aspects of Syndero’s re-launch of the RX for Brown Skin brand, created by Dr. Susan Taylor and featured on HSN as well as publications like Oprah, Ebony, Cosmo, Elle, Essence, and Real Simple
Through continual testing and optimization of our banners and landing pages, I’ve become very experienced at acquiring customers for a low cost. For each of Syndero’s brands, my team has managed to increase clickthrough and conversion as well as significantly lower AQC across the board – contributing to record sales growth year-over year since the company was founded
Responsible for the creative migration of all our live brand sites and acquisition pages onto a new backend platform, which involved the re-coding, testing, and re-launch of nearly 400 unique sites
